The Republican POV on War

Nobody is our country wants war. i don’t care if you’re a Republican, Democrat, Conservative, Liberal, Hawk or Dove (old school terms).The last group that ever wants to go into battle is the military. Keep in mind i used the word wants to-needs to is another matter. Ordered to leaves no choice. The military goes by the chain of command. We have an all volunteer military now which is a plus. Separate topic though. I’ll set it aside this time.

Where does the Republican party stand on war when the situation arises?

The Democrat Marxists have a hive mind. They go in lockstep.The Republican party is a diverse group of people on some issues and not so much on others.War is one of the issues you don’t find much agreement. We all agree it’s to be avoided if possible;though a pacifist would say NEVER use military force. An interventionist is one who thinks most conflicts have to be solved in battle and some of those people are strong supporters of nation building. An isolationist wants to keep as much distance between conflict and the U.S. as possible in nearly every situation. The idea that there are neocons-as they’re called-is absurd.

Tulsi Gabbard used that term and revealed herself.i also heard she’s pro life which i don’t buy either. You’re not pro life and join the Democrat party.Sorry. They’re as pro abortion as you can get. i respect her service to our country but other than that she’s a phony.

She’s not pulling the wool over my eyes.She’s good at it though. I don’t hold it against Matt Schlapp for inviting her to Cpac. i understand what he was trying to do. He meant well by trying to heal wounds, hold out an olive branch to the other party and show how we might come together as a country but Gabbard herself has her own agenda. She’s an opportunist of the nefarious kind and she doesn’t mind using any stepping stone she’s offered. She’s gotten over on some Republicans. i have to admit she’s pretty sly at it. i keep trying to warn people about her. She gave one of the few speeches at Cpac i omitted in the blog.Believe me, it’s DELIBERATE. It’s not a slight of Matt Schlapp though. He and his wife are good people and they’ve done a tremendous job with Cpac.I would never give them any flack. They don’t deserve it.

I digress so let’s get back on topic.

The point is the Republican party has a diversity of opinion when it comes to military force used in overseas conflicts and that’s good. We do need debate [a diversity of opinions]with a matter as serious as war.We can be too anxious to intervene but we can’t always hide our heads in the sand either.One end of the spectrum of opinions keeps the other end honest. IMHO the success of nation building is questionable. The purpose of the military is to protect the homeland and win battles. PERIOD.

BTW, we are NOT going to go to war with Russia.Hello…

One thing we all better agree on,regardless of party or ideology,is respect and support for our military.

Do we still want a 2 party system? Certainly. We do not want 1 party rule. However, the Democrat party where it stands as of 2022 it has to regroup and rethink its ideology. It’s going to take a MAGA controlled House, Senate and White House to get the country on the right track again. DC needs a clean up crew.

You see Biden and the Democrats can’t stand for liberty around the world when they can’t even stand for it here. When you sell out the office of the VP for money from foreign country and give them special favors in exchange for money like the Biden’s did-a quid pro quo- you are not acting in the best interest of our country,our people. You betrayed our country and your oath of office.

Did the media expose the corruption of Joe Biden and his family in 2020? You know the answer; of course not. The role of the media was to cover it up and help him get elected. We don’t have time for you and your nonsense, corruption and lies Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi. We don’t have time for the uniparty of ‘Pelosi and McConnell either. We definitely don’t have time for the corrupt media.

Watch these people. They will accuse you of what they are doing. Unfortunately they will use all the power they are given to destroy you. The answer is to take all their power away and use all the checks and balances necessary to keep ANYONE from abusing it. Our legislators may have to look at the checks and balances we have and make sure they are capable of handling the threats we have to liberty today. They probably are; it may just take the will to stand up for what is right.

I love the new and upcoming MAGA candidates. They are a whole new breed of Republicans. They are breathing life back into the go along to get along GOP. They’re inspiring and passionate.Biden, McConnell,Pelosi and the Never Trumpers aren’t going to like them.

I’m banned from Twitter and just waiting anxiously to get started on Truthsocial. Meantime i do look at Twitter and see the usual garbage from the left trending. It’s not only that they spread lies about Trump the lies are outrageous and can be proven to be lies. Sometimes their tweets are simply asinine. It’s possible my responding to them is what got me banned. Don’t know. Twitter support doesn’t always tell you.Support doesn’t respond to appeals either. I honestly don’t think Twitter does anything with the appeals. There’s no one to actually contact. The messages from ‘support’ are automated. Try it.Write them several times and you will get exactly the same message back every time. Support is fake. I have no doubt in my mind. We all know the application of their TOS is arbitrary.

Outside of the legacy media, you’ll never see a bigger bunch of lemmings than these lefties on Twitter.

Here’s the good news. The battle for our country isn’t going to be on Twitter. It’s going to be state by state on the ground.

The people who realize the media lied to them will come around. We dropped cable news in our household at least a year ago. It’s like Biden trying to blame gas prices and inflation on the conflict in Ukraine. He’s still trying to blame his other disasters either on Covid or Trump. The conflict in Ukraine only recently broke out. while Inflation, product shortages and high gas prices started months ago.

Let me say this in conclusion; it’s about the 2020 election. The economy was booming under Trump especially for the middle and lower class. We were just starting to recover from the pandemic too. Trump’s foreign policy was having an effect. Our enemies were fairly quiet and peace was coming to the Middle East. When you have circumstances like this the incumbent President generally wins. If the economy is poor like it was under Carter & we’re failing in the foreign arena the opponent generally wins. That’s always been the case. What happened in 2020 then? Seems odd doesn’t it?

We’re going to have to be sure it doesn’t happen again. Let the media squawk. The American people want free and fair elections. They get it. Now that all the corruption has been exposed the Democrat Marxists are going to have to try harder-and they will. We’ll be ready this time. Our state legislators better be on it NOW.

We value our liberty. They don’t. Remember that.
