The FBI Raids Have Become Very Troublesome

I noted in a previous entry,

Law and order has to mean something especially to the people who enforce it

https://americafirst.blog/2021/11/09/why-the-fbi-has-become-corrupt-this-will-be-short-not-so-sweet/

A question: why do you think people risk life and limb to come to this country from their home country where they have spent a whole lifetime? Cuba for example. You could say economic opportunity and you would be right. They live in a communist country where they have to survive from day to day. A country where they will be just as poor one day as the next with no opportunity to improve their conditions. It’s definitely an incentive. but to risk life and limb for it? I’m not sure i would go  that far. i suppose it”s easy to say that when   the  poor on our country can live a  relatively comfortable life. Maybe if i had to live under the conditions the people in Cuba have i might be ready to risk my life to escape it.i’m not going to second guess my own answer so i still have some doubt economic opportunity would motivate me to put myself in grace danger.

The other reason people would risk life and limb to leave their own country for ours is that they would no longer have to worry about that frightening knock on the door when everyone is sleeping.Freedom from fear of my own government would definitely be an incentive to escape. Our country has a Constitution that protects not the government from the people but the citizens from the government. It pays to read the Constitution. Its principles are why people risk life and limb to come here. You can go to bed at night knowing the Constitution protects you from a political opponent sending armed men to break down your door, seize your property and unlawfully restrain you.  Nobody is going to come for you because you disagree with their politics. As a law enforcement agency  that  Constitution you took an oath to uphold tells you what you cannot do. The great thing about our country is that whenever there is a question about law and its application we always have our Constitution to fall back on.

It keeps law enforcement honest-we don’t want our agencies to become lawless. If our institutions ignore the Constitution then law and order breaks down and the citizens are at the mercy of whoever happens to be in power. We become Cuba. i don’t think saying it’s not that bad(yet)helps much. What i’m leading up to here is the problem with the Project Vertias/James O’ Keefe raid by the FBI.

Before we get in to the Project Veritas raid let’s step back and look at some other troubling incidents first.

Ground Zero at Loudon County Virginia

All across the country parents and other citizens were attending their school board meetings in protest of some of their schools policies or curriculumor both.A Loudon County Virginia school board meeting really made the news because of a specific incident.

The father of a 14 yr old female student attended one oft those meetings.

Daily Wire published a report on the outcome of that meeting.

On June 22, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.

What people did not know is that weeks prior on May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.

Juvenile records are sealed, but Smith’s attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy – one count of anal sodomy and one count of forcible fellatio – related to an incident that day at that school.

The school board had covered up the alleged assault to protect their transgender bathroom policy. The boy was transferred out to a different school in the same county. Less than five months later he was arrested for the alleged sexual assault of another female student. There’s a reason to bring up the Loudon County story. It will tie into the FBI.

Biden’s Attack On the Constitution In Tandem With The Politicized FBI

Executives from the National School Board Association sent a letter to President Joe Biden, in late September, asking for support against acts of “domestic terrorism” being directed at schools.

Some of these potential offenses included backlash directed at mask mandates and objecting to Critical Race Theory’s merit in the classroom — conversations usually led by parents.

Reported Thursday, a new detail in the story’s timeline emerged, linking the Biden White House with coordinating the disgruntled message, filed by the NSBA’s president and CEO, well before the news broke.

What i’m surmising here is that they didn’t want the info to get out. Well,it did because Biden’s AG Merrick Garland sent out this memo:

Coordination and partnership with local law enforcement is critical to implementing these
measures for the benefit of our nation’s nearly 14,000 public school districts. To this end, I am
directing the Federal Bureau of Investigation, working with each United States Attorney, to
convene meetings with federal, state, local, Tribal, and territorial leaders in each federal judicial
district within 30 days of the issuance ofthis memorandum.
These meetings will facilitate the
discussion of strategies for addressing threats against school administrators, board members,
teachers, and staff, and will open dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting,
assessment, and response.

Garland was confronted about the memo at a Senate Judiciary Hearing by Jim Jordan.

The FBI has no business-no jurisdiction-no authority to get involved in the matters Garland is referring to. If t here’s a report of violence or assault it’s up to local authorities to investigate or arrest the people involved. Any parent or citizen who attends a school board meeting has every right to question, speak out, protest, or demand the resignation of the people they have elected. They can even yell loudly, act obnoxious and express anger. It’s all protected under freedom of speech and association. The school board doesn’t have to like it. If they’re threatened or assaulted that’s another matter but that’s reported to and handled by LOCAL AUTHORITIES.

THE FBI/CNN RAID ON ROGER STONE

You can tell by the blog that i’m a huge Trump supporter. He should be in the Oval office. That said, i want to make it clear i am no Roger Stone Fan. Can’t say as i know him very well other than he was associated with Trump.i do know the military style raid on his home where he and wife reside by the FBI and CNN was asinine, uncalled for, over the top and likely unconstitutional. It reminded me more of the Soviet Union than the United States. Stone had no weapons. He was not a flight risk. The CNN filming was clearly an FBI set up. i was not impressed. This was not the FBI i had always respected. The same FBI that let Hillary Clinton off the hook.

It was all done under the direction of special counsel Robert Mueller.

Stone was arrested on a seven-count indictment in connection with Mueller’s probe into possible collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian meddling in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

None of which happened.

You can’t call it justice. It’s politics. It’s destroying your political opponents and letting your political allies walk no matter what they do. Thankfully President Trump commuted his sentence.

Quid Pro Joe

What do you call this?

and the ‘Big Guy’ got away with it.*

☭The FBI Goes KGB☭

President Trump did some great things for our country. He definitely earned a 2nd term-which i intend to help give him in 2024.There is 1 thing i wish he had done but for some reason he overlooked it or didn’t see the necessity. i wouldn’t call it a failure because you can’t fail to do something you haven’t tried to do. i do question his failure to see the need. He was still a great President and i can hope he takes care of business first thing in his next term. i was always tweeting him to fire Christopher Wray and appoint a director that would clean house-or shut it down. i’ll never know if he read the tweet but i’d like to pick his brain to find out why he ignored the problem.

Unfortunately now the FBI is so corrupted i’m not sure there’s any saving it. The raid on Project Veritas and James O Keefe is the last straw. O’ Keefe never ran the story because they couldn’t verify the authenticity of the diary in their possession. The FBI raid did that-now we know with certainty it was genuine. Thank you FBI.

Here they go again in O Keefe’s own words,

“I woke up to a pre-dawn raid,” O’Keefe told Fox News’ Sean Hannity … “Banging on my door, I went to my door to answer the door and there were ten FBI agents with a battering ram, white blinding lights, they turned me around, handcuffed me and threw me against the hallway. I was partially clothed in front of my neighbors. They confiscated my phone. They raided my apartment. On my phone were many of my reporters’ notes. A lot of my sources unrelated to this story and a lot of confidential donor information to our news organization.”

i guess Joe Biden,Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland never heard of Freedom of the ‘Press. i guess they never heard of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution either which reads,

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The FBI involvement with the Gov Whitmer kidnapping  plot in Michigan  and the Jan 6 Capitol break in calls for a separate entry. It will come to the same conclusion as this one. The FBI has become totally corrupt and better get its house in order now. The American people have no faith in them anymore. We don’t trust them. No reason to. A shame. They have an obligation to uphold the Constitution not plant a sloppy kiss on the ass of  the mentally challenged [dementia]  Marxist Biden.

When a law enforcement agency-particularly one with the power of the FBI-becomes lawless, law and order breaks down and collapses.

Whoever gives Biden the orders, gives the FBI their marching orders. The problem is if they had a spine and were willing to do the right thing none of it would be happening. Where’s the whistleblowers to out them? The FBI has become totally corrupted.
