here’s what i would do. Look straight at the moderators [and the audience of course] and flat out announce-at just the right time of course-i am not a debater. I would not do well on a high school debate team.I’m running for President and my goal is to get things done,not talk the folks to death.

It’s an honest admission.Trump is a great communicator. Trump is terrific in interviews. When it comes to debates the format falls flat. Actually,most of the formats are flat. You don’t really get to know what  a candidate is about.Some candidates are very scripted.Some know how to say just the right things.Some get how to play to the camera. There’s shortcomings to the debates. A lot of  us get more information than we know what to do with on Social Media especially Twitter.

I’m not learning anything new that i haven’t learned about a candidate from all the info that’s out there.
The debates are a total waste of time.

Now if i a candidate were to say that they’d be accused of not being prepared or being able to ‘handle’ the “debates”.

So we may just be stuck with them. A few more words on all that this week. I think it’s worth talking about.

The rest of the interview is great. Pelly is seething.He was trying to corner Trump and it failed.

No Scott ,he did NOT offend women. No Scott ,he did NOT offend Vets. No Scott, your little dance with Trump did not end the way you wanted it to.

He handled your stupid questions very well.

At the White House Wednesday, he said he will offer a gift of service to his legislative hosts, saying he “will have the honor of addressing Congress, where I hope, as a brother of this country, to offer words of encouragement to those called to guide the nation’s political future in fidelity to its founding principles.” Already, he has been offering words of encouragement to the pro-family and pro-life communities here in the United States. At Washington, D.C.’s titular church, he said that “I appreciate the unfailing commitment of the Church in America to the cause of life and that of the family, which is the primary reason for my present visit.” And, he said that he is “conscious of the courage with which you have faced difficult moments in the recent history of the Church in this country without fear of self-criticism and at the cost of mortification and great sacrifice.”
