Oh my gosh,Bill O Reilly is right(updated)

a special morning for you
Someone sent a pithy message to Bill telling him he was wrong when he stated homosexuality is not a sin.

One thing we need to learn in the U.S. is how to listen carefully to people. We get sound bytes and we’re not hearing what ppl actually say-or what they actually mean. Maybe it’s one of the reasons Obama got elected the first time around and we keep getting these crappy candidates. I digress though; back to what Bill ACTUALLY said and why he is right.

Bill is not only right;but the Catholic Church has it right:

1. BEING homosexual is not a sin.

2. Engaging in homosexual acts-whether you’re homosexual or not-willfullly is a sin.

Note that; whether you’re homosexual or not. You can be straight and engage in sexual acts with someone of the same gender and it’s immoral for someone who is not homosexual.Just as it is for someone who is. We are ALL called to be chaste according to our state in life.

3. A husband and wife engaging in sexual acts that are engaged in by homosexuals may also be wrong.

4. Same sex marriage is intrinsically evil. Along with abortion, cloning,EMBRYONIC stem cell research(NOT stem cell research) & euthanasia.

To the best of my knowledge the statements are accurate. If something is in error pls point it out. Will be corrected. I don’t want to misrepresent the teachings of the Catholic Church. (Thanks). Also pls explain why it is wrong,k? Helpful.

Anyone attacking Indiana,Gov Pence and Memories Pizza establishment for trying to protect freedom of religion is in the wrong country. There is a country for you-it’s called CHINA. Gov Pence caved after being intimidated, bullied and threatened. Memories Pizza closed for the same reason.NOT because they cowered but because they had death threats. They weren’t afraid to say what they beleived. Pence did the tap dance. Most Americans will stand up for Memories Pizza even if they disagree with what she said because they KNOW freedom of religion is under assualt-they also know REAL intolerance when they see it. Most Americans stick together and defend their fellow citizens. The elites on the left don’t get that.

BTW.i believe they are a minority. They’re just very aggressive and manage to get their way most of the time. Now that they have an elite on the left in the White House(a secular humanist who thinks our rights come from the state)they are very emboldened. It’s time we were emboldened back. Yep,the country is divided. Thank you Obama.Thank you state run media. Thank you Eric Holder. Thanks to all the socialist elites.

Freedom of religion was first applied as a principle of government in the founding of the colony of Maryland, founded by the Catholic Lord Baltimore, in 1634.[34]

Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_of_religion

Freedom of religion or Freedom of belief is a principle that supports the freedom of an individual or community, in public or private, to manifest religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship, and observance; the concept is generally recognized also to include the freedom to change religion or not to follow any religion.[1]

Remember, freedom of religion also protects the freedom not to follow any religion as much as it protects the freedom to manifest religion or belief in TEACHING,PRACTICE,WORSHIP AND OBSERVANCE.

What we have now are  secular humanists(that INCLUDES Obama) who want it the other way around. They would allow freedom of worship period. WRONG. I’m convinced the MAJORITY of Americans get it and that’s why the folks on the street will support Memories Pizza and any other establishment, organization or institution. The big money corporations have clout because they can threaten states like Indiana and get someone like Gov Pence to cower in a corner-but the majority of Americans won’t tolerate the garbage.I really believe that and really consider it garbage. Our country is better than that even if Mr Obama and ppl like him want to change it.

Later today-most likely this evening-am going to post an entry in memory of Saint John Paul II on the 10th anniversary of his passing.

st john Paul II

Freedom consists not in doing what we like, but in having the right to do what we ought.~St (Pope)John Paul II

Mr O Reilly, can we stop calling it ‘radical’ now?

Can we stop reffering to it as ‘radical’ Isam now? It’s Islam.

How about those 2k year old basic tenents of Catholicism? There as good today as they were 2k yr ago.

How bout those thousand year old basic tenets of Islam?

They follow the Quran. So you find out-   What does the Quran say? All we have to know.

Maybe it’s the supposed radicals that are the practicing Muslims? Possible? What about the history of Islam?
Have we taken that into consideration? I’m not sure the word radical is a distinction that needs to be made.

You also mentioned denominations that teach you must be born again(in some denominations, saved)or you will go to hell. (Calvinism holds that some are predestined to heaven and some for hell). Our Catholic Church teaches that there is very real possibility we can go to hell. The doctrine of hell is a basic Christian tenet. It’s not radical.

Finally,Mr O Reilly can you name ONE(just one)Muslim country where the practice of Christianity (or other religions)is permitted? Just one.I mean permitted without persecution and protected by law? Yet,we let them come here?

Nuff said. Our own country is going to hell in a handbasket.
